1: Gather Your Job Site Photos
- Open the Photos app on your iPhone.
- Locate the photos you took at the job site. You might have them in a specific album, or you can scroll through your camera roll to find them.
2: Select and Share
- Tap "Select" in the top right corner of the Photos app.
- Tap on each photo you want to upload to OneDrive.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing upwards) in the bottom left corner.
3: Choose OneDrive
- Scroll through the app icons in the Share sheet.
- Tap the OneDrive icon.

4: Select the Destination Folder
- Tap "Save to Files" in the OneDrive options.
- Navigate to your MG2 OneDrive folder.
- Select the specific project folder where you want to upload the photos.
- Tap "Save" in the top right corner.
5: Wait for Upload
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi is recommended for larger uploads).
- Wait for the photos to upload completely. You can monitor the progress in the OneDrive app.
6: Access Photos on Your Computer
- Switch to your computer.
- Open your OneDrive folder. You can do this through the OneDrive website or the OneDrive desktop app.
- Navigate to the folder where you uploaded the photos.
7: Move Photos to Project Folder
- If you want to move the photos to a different project folder within your OneDrive, simply drag and drop them to the desired location.
Tips for Efficiency
- Strong Wi-Fi: Use a strong Wi-Fi connection for faster uploads.
- Background Uploads: Enable background uploads in the OneDrive app settings so you can continue using your phone while the photos upload.
- Organize on Your Phone: Consider creating albums in the Photos app to pre-organize your job site photos before uploading.
