If your SketchUp has a problem where the software certificate authentication cannot be recognized on the new computer, please follow the steps below to make the settings.
1, Click “Manage Activations” to open the certificate panel menu.
2, Click "Account management portal”.
3, Login to the “MG2” account.
4, After login step, under the product window, click “View included applications” and continue to click “Manage Devices” in SketchUp channel.
5, Click “Deauthorize All” function to clear all device information recorded by Sketchup. Then close the app and restart it again, you will successfully log in to your Trimble account and be able to use SketchUp normally.
