Hello if you are unable to connect after the VPN has been upgraded to 7.2.2 on FortiClient then you can use these steps to reset your connection.
1. Disconnect the EMS on the FortiClient Application
There will be a 2nd Prompt asking if you are sure you will select Yes
2. Then you will find the Taskbask Menu by locating the up arrow on the bottom right of the screen
And then you will Right Click the "Blue Shield" Icon that is FortiClient and Right Click and Select Shutdown
After Selecting Shutdown you may get a computer prompt please select Yes
3. After waiting a few seconds and allowing the FortiClient app to shutdown, then you will go into your start menu and search for FortiClient and relaunch.
On relaunch you will be prompted by the computer to make changes, please select yes. Then FortiClient will open, please allow 10 to 15 secs for the application to make the necessary connections to allow for the VPN to operate.
After this, you may select your office to connect too, and verify that you are able to open server files and other functions.
