Set Language For non-Unicode Programs

1. Open Settings. Select Language. Go to Administrative Language Settings

2. Click ‘Change system locale…'

3. Change the current system locale to Chinese (Simplified, China). Here, you can choose the appropriate      language based on your region.

4. Restart the laptop.
